Does anyone have any good recipies for brownies/fudge with walnuts? Like i'm talking the chewy chocolaty kind- not the ones out of the betty crocker box (or whatever the supermarket sells!)

How about brownies AND fudge? Here you go, it's pretty easy to make. It makes A LOT of them too.
Fudge Topped Brownies
1 cup butter
4 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
Topping:
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 pkg (12 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg (11.5 oz) milk chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups chopped walnuts
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat. Blend in sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased 13X9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
Meanwhile, in a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, milk and butter; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chips, creme and vanilla; beat until smooth. Add nuts. Spread over warm brownies. Freeze until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares and store in the refrigerator. |

I make a super easy super tasty fudge every year at Christmas. I just modify it to suit what I want (mint, walnut, peanut butter etc.)
2 cans Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge Frosting
1 bag semi sweet morsels (nestle)
1 bag milk chocolate morsels (nestle)
1 bag of walnuts (chopped)
Bring your frosting and morsels to a simmer on the stove until it's all melted and you can stir it easily then just add your walnuts. Pour into a disposable or metal pan lined with was paper to get it out easy. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours and then cut when hard. It's super easy and tastes GREAT! _________________
