Okay this is for Windows XP users only.

It takes one minute to install this application. Once installed go to a picture on your computer either stored in a folder or opened - then click your right mouse button and you will see new options that appear. RESIZE picture...ROTATE clockwise and ROTATE counterclock wise.

To use the resize picture just click RESIZE and a list of options appear - I usually go to advanced options and click custom..whatever numbers you pic it will automatically adjust itself to closest possible while keeping the picture dimensions.
