I make these every year and my family LOVES them!
Mini Chip Snowball Cookies
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 TBS vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups flour
2 cups (12 oz) Semi sweet mini morsels
1/2 cup chopped nuts (I use walnuts)
Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 375. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until creamy. Gradually beat in flour; stir in morsels and nuts. Shape level TBS of dough into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned. Remove from oven and sift powdered sugar over hot cookies on baking sheets. Cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Store in airtight container.

They didnt have the mini morsels, but my kids would even like that better. Thank you! |
