I'm here. Just got back from the last day of a family reunion. It lasted 3 days. My DH has family in from all over and the last of them are leaving in the AM we had one last party until next year.

Amy is it time for your vacation already?

Ive been popping-in, but NO ONE is ever here! angryfire

Ive spent all morning cleaning my house as the kids went back to school after 2 weeks holiday and the place was TRASHED!
At least now it will stay clean for most of the day now...

Isn't it usually dead around here?? I've been popping in every night just about. DD is back @ sleep away, ds w/ his sports all day and I'm working :-( I despise working in the summer. I really do.

We got the central air installed :) - what a beautiful thing, we rippped up carpeting to find hard wood underneath, :) we ripped out a bunch of shrubs, and are waiting for the contractors to finish our downstairs bathrooms, closets and a bunch more, not including painting etc. Our vacation is at our house. Except for our kids, they get to do the traveling lol..

We are all going to Katy, Texas in November, I believe it's near Houston. Any Houston girls here? walk

Kel the reunion was really alot of fun. Thanks for asking. The kids (including DH who was the biggest one) were in the pool like the whole time. My DH's aunt did a cousins party and there were 105 people that signed in. I know a lot of them never signed the guest list. I would guess that there were around 150 people at that one on Sat. He has a huge family. When we first got married they would have over 500 people at the reunions. Now they only have maybe 200 that come. Still plenty but now as many. They had the whole family reunion on Sunday and it was great too.

Amy i hope you have a great vacation (again). I swear you did just get back. Well maybe i'm thinking about the Kentucky Derby. I just can't keep up with you.

Benz......Holy Cow! That's a shitload of family!!! Guess you had a huge wedding, eh? I can't even imagine having a family that large.

Boobs.....How cool you found hardwood under the carpet. I love my hardwood. Sounds like you are doing a lot of renovating. It will be nice when it's all done.
