I am gettin my redo next month :sprt6%: Now i have to fiqure what size silicone implant i need to stay the same size.... Can any of you girls help me decide on the sizing.... I currently have mentor 250cc mod+ overfilled to 275cc,, Any imput would be greatly appreciated!! Oh im gonna stay with the mod+ just switch to silicone!

I didn't know you were getting a redo. Are there complications or are you just doing it to switch to sili? I can't help with sizing, I'm sure someone else will. Good luck, you must be getting excited now that it's scheduled. :sprt6%:

I have not been real pleased with the feel of my saline, and since I have the money I fiqured I would go ahead and switch to silicone since everyone has said the feel of them are so much more softer. I just hope to get the sizing right. My PS said that 300 mod+ should put me where i am at now, I will lose a bit of projection but will gain some width so I hope I dont have to change bra sizes... I have spent alot of $$$ on my bra collection!!

Hi there. I wish I could go to mod plus but in order to maintain similiar projection I would have to go with a huge implant. So for my redo, I will be sticking with HP gel. I think, from the specs, HP saline is more like the HP silicone. If you really dislike your projection and you want a wider implant then they are the way to go.

Saline mod plus

250 +50 cc --mid 10.8 4.0 max 10.5 4.7

I'd assume with 250 filled to 275 would give you specs like 10.6 4.4

Siilcone mod plus

275cc 11.7 3.5
300cc 12.0 3.6
325cc 12.3 3.8

Silicone HP

275cc 10.8 4.4
300cc 11.1 4.5
325cc 11.4 4.6

It looks like the 275cc HP would be just about exactly what you have now. That's the cool thing about already having implants----you don't have to guess---you already know the dimensions of the current implant so it makes it easier to pick the new implant. :sprt6%:

I haven't had my redo yet, I am going in on the 30th :sprt6%: I am really getting nervous too!! I decided to go with 325 mod+ silicone... I cant wait to see how different they are gonna feel!! I hope I will be able to notice the width difference too.. I will have more cleavage if so
