Yes he has - he settled out of court and that was back when he first started. In this area it is not uncommon to see this. It doesn't mean he is a bad doctor - medical malpractice is out of control in this area...I know many GOOD physicians who are friends of mine that have had to settle out of court - I also know some who have decided not to practice anymore - at least in surgery.

No - I cancelled it :( I really wanted to go, but financially I am not ready and I am afraid that if I get all worked up and excited I wil end up taking out a loan to do it and I really need to work on getting out of debt, not adding more.

Hopefully I will be in a better position to consult this summer and maybe do it next Thanksgiving or Christmas when I can hunker down and hide 'n heal at home.

I did mine a few weeks before thanksgiving this past year. I felt that was a better time, right before the holidays. I just added $7200 of debt that I didnt need but..............I couldnt take the old nose anymore, so no regrets.
