Clearly she's an addict. The fact that she didn't practice her performance is obvious but when you can't even make sure your hair/nails look good when perfoming your "come-back" performance in front of millions...than ya gots some problems.

Her family must be so disappointed and sad. She has really sunk herself.

And I am ok with the fact that she gained some weight. She looks healthy! But....that outfit was not a good idea on her part. Her tummy looked pretty big and her ass was completely hanging out of the back. Good thing those tights held everything together LOL

When I was watching it I kept thinking she looked like maybe she was injured or something and didn't want to move too much. I dunno...maybe she's just lost her "it" factor.

I still think she looks fantastic for having 2 kids but the outfit was not very flattering.

The media is crucifying her as usual. I feel kinda bad for her.

I have never liked her but it does make me mad when the media and other people want to make fun of her weight. She has had 2 children and is not over weight at all. YES, she is bigger than she used to be but she isn't over weight at all. Yes, she should have chosen and different outfit for her new figure.

I just read that she's 5'5". How much do you guys think she weighs? To me, she did not look fat. She has muscles in her abs but her mid section is definitely thicker than it once was. I thought her butt and legs looked fine. The outfit was NOT flattering at all and I think her body could have looked a whole lot better in something else. It also looked maybe a couple sizes too small.
Well, this will seal her fate. In a way, I do feel sorry for her but than in another, not so much. The girl reportedly rakes in over 700,000 per month!
I think she's doing this to herself on purpose in a way. She was shoved into show biz at an early age by her mother (who she is currently not speaking to) and I think she's just done now. I have no idea why she did that performance, other than to totally end her career.
I think Chris Angel, mind fuck is a creep! He's the last person she should get mixed up with!

All of the celeb bloggers have been reporting for weeks now that she is managing herself. She fired all of her other managers/personal assistants and won't speak to her mom. It almost seems like MTV did this on purpose, knowing she would flop but that they would get high ratings as a result. As far as the Criss Angel thing, they are saying that he was going to help her with her act and they had been rehearsing a magic theme but then MTV pulled it at the last minute and she had to come up with this act really fast. Plus, why was Sara Silverman all set to make fun of her immediately afterwards? I thought it was funny when she did it to Paris a few months ago but honestly, what they did to Britney was going too far. She called Brit's kids the "two most beautiful mistakes you will ever see." Sorry but that just seems crappy to me. I am not a Brit fan but I think someone should kick that Silverman bitch's ass. I won't be surprised if Britney OD's and/or tries to commit suicide after this.

Well, if you're going to be the opening act at a ceremony that is hosted by a comic that is KNOWN for not holding anything back, what can you expect?

Brit is done. Her career is done. Maybe, now, finally, she'll do the right thing and get some help and take care of her kids.

She just doesn't have talent. She can't sing and, now, obviously can't even lip sync or dance anymore. It's sad, it's horrible, but you know, SHE did it to herself. Nobody can make you be a sleazy hack like she is. She knows the score. She's a big girl. She obviously hasn't been working on it at all, so what could she expect? She knew it - by how nervous she was.

It's like a lawyer defending themself when you manage yourself. You're setting yourself up for disaster.

And everything about her performance was a true disaster.

Oh, god, those tears were so sincere. I think he really, truly cares for her.
This guy's truly severely disturbing, he makes me want to vomit.

DH saw one of his other videos a while ago, and we have a running debate on whether he is all a publicity stunt or not. I still think I'm right, it's too ridiculous to be real.
