I love trying new ones. Any one want to share their favorite ones.
Once I did this:
3 cheese tortinelli
pepperoni
chopped cucumber
cherry tomatoes
broccli florets
chopped mozerella cheese
creamy italian dressing. Mix it all and chill
I also like elbow macaroni, cucumber, tomatoe, boiled chopped eggs and mix with mayo. This one is my favorite. Lots of salt and pepper and eat w/ crackers.

Those sound really good!
Rotini Salad
2 to 3 stalks broccoli
10 ounces uncooked rotini, cooked, rinsed, drained and cooled
1 can (6 oz) small olives, drained
10 to 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1 to 2 TBS parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
Cut flowerets from broccoli. Peel stalks; cut into chunks. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water over medium high heat until broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp. Drain; rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly.
Combine broccoli, rotini, olives, tomatoes, onion and salad dressing. Add cheese and pepper. Toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. |

Now this I will like. I will let you know how it goes. I can not make it til the end of the week. | I dont have exact measurements because I usually just throw it all together, but its one box of cooked pasta and about 1 cup of everything else give or take. Salt and pepper to taste.
