Youhoo, Jessica (keetercat)Hi Jess:I have a questions for you. If I decide to have a revision (see my post in the DSPR), I'm thinking about maybe doing an implant exchange at the same time. Currently, I have Inamed Style 15, but I'm thinking about switching to Style 20, which I think is what you have (?). I'm looking for more projection, but I don't want a lot of upper pole fullness, which I'm afraid is what Style 45 would give me. What is your opinion on what they'll do for me (lift, project, narrow, widen, ?)? Also, right now my boobies look & feel very natural, but I wouldn't mind a bit more "filling out"...yet...ugh...I have so much trouble finding bras now that I might go insane if I'm any bigger - LOL! hey there! I actually have saline mentor HP's, 560 filled to 675cc 13.1 x 7.3. uniquesphinx has the inamed style 20 750ccs. i think they are a really nice implant, since you get projection and width. I looked yours up, it looks like you have these dimensions then: 13.3 x 4.3 so if you switch to the style 20 and want to keep your width, you'd need probably at least the 550, its 13.5 x 5.6. heres their silicone page so you can compare them- http://www.allerganandinamed.com/...us/patient/silicone/prodinfo.aspx or you may want to check out mentors silicone, they have less projection in the HP and mod plus than their saline does, and less than the inameds style 45 and 20- http://www.mentorcorp.com/breasts...n/silicon-gel-breast-implants.htm I think if you want less upper pole I'd stay away from the style 45 (I think its a wonderful implant but like you said not want you are looking for) i'd say to choose between the style 20 or the mentor HP, the HP 550 mentor is 13.6 x 5.5 and the 600 is 14 x 5.6. i'm not really sure I helped you much though LOL. :ibh: I looked at your pics and I know if it was me, i'd want to keep width I have (but I'm biased because I want slightly wider ones myself) I don't think if you went up to 550 or 600 it would be too much, but maybe you don't want to add that much more?

Thanks so much for posting back! Since my PS doesn't use Mentor anymore, that option is out. I agree...because I'm not looking for more upper pole fullness, Style 45 wouldn't be right. So far, I'm happy with my width (wouldn't want to be any wider or narrower), so in the Style 20 my choices begin at 500cc and end at 600cc. My thoughts are 1) is an additional 1cm really going to make a difference in projection & "lift" and 2) would an additional minimum 80cc change my cup size? If I'm going to spend more $, I just want to be sure it's worth it, ya know? Thanks for your experience and wisdom, Jess!

I do think it would make a difference. and I think you'd go up a cup size as well. but then again you might be able to squish yourself into the bra's you wear now. you'd be adding the majority of the CC's straight out. what I would do is get a compass and draw a half circle that would represent the projection you have now, and the projection on the new implant. then you can see the difference. it wouldn't be 100% accurate but it would give you a good idea of what to expect. I went from 13 x 4.9 450cc 34DD (small DD) to 13.1 x 7.3 675cc 34F or 32FF (very full) I went up a little over 2 cups sizes, I cannot fit into any 34DDD's, I need one cup size larger than that. I usually buy the 32 Band because its snug but stretches to fit very quickly. the 34's stretch out way too fast. I think you would notice a difference, especially in your profile. it seems like the 600's might be a bit more than you want, but maybe you'd want to consider them so that you'll be sure that you wont get "boobie greed"? it's a tough choice, ugh! :o( but I'd seriously buy a compass and draw out the differences. I was considering getting wider diameter implants, (doc wont let me right now though) but I drew out the diameter and projection of them, and it helped a lot. good luck! I know trying to figure out what you should do can drive you batty sometimes (well it did me LOL)

You're right, it is terribly difficult to decide. I think I'll give your compass idea a try. I love your size & think you look great - you give me boobie greed - but I'm just not sure if it's right for me. I would probably chicken out & go no further than adding an additional 80cc. with the new implants. I like the idea of not increasing my cup size much, but adding more projection, especially if it will offer a slight/small lift effect. BTW, where do you usually find your bras (in case I do decide to go up to 600cc)?

well I buy my bras on eBay, at Nordstrom's, or through figleaves or barenecessities you can order from them and send back what you dont want, I did this to tons of bras just to see what fit because i was having a hard time finding anything. figleaves sometimes has 20% off coupons you can use for your whole order, so that really helps. but you can also go to Nordstrom's to try on bras, they have a decent selection of 32/34 Bands with larger cups sizes. then if you know what fits, you can always search for the same bra on eBay instead of buying it at nordys so you can save some $$.  there is also ross, tjmaxx, and Nordstrom rack that sometimes get the larger cups/smaller Band sizes in.
