I run between 25-30 miles per week.... I also do step aerobics because I need some more junk in the trunk.... (I lost my arse when I started running). But, that's all I do. Now that it's nice outside I am going to start bike riding again.

I run. Four miles, four times a week.
MWM, how do you have time to rack up that many miles a week? I seem to have time getting in the amount I do now, and I don't work full-time!
It's so frustrating.
By the time I get my four miles in, then ab work, legs, weights, stretching, etc., I've been working out for about two hours. Sometimes that amount of time is hard to find. But I just don't know where I can steal more time from.
Like yesterday, for instance. I worked - cleaned two houses. Came home, put some laundry in, did some yardwork (pulled weeds and mulched - YUK!!!) made dinner, cleaned up. By the time I went for my run, it was 8:00 at night! Most of days are filled with so much - work, housechores, running kids, baseball games, yardwork, etc. I just have a hardtime finding 40 minutes to run let alone twice that amount of time!

Sissy - Since I am training for the half marathon I have started running to the exclusion of a lot of other things. My schedule this week is:
Monday: 3.5 miles
Tuesday: 3.5 miles
Wed: Xtrain - I will do weights - upper/lower body today
Thurs: 12 miles
Fri: Xtrain - yoga
Sat: 8 miles
Sun: 5 miles
So, most of my work out time is spent running. I have a flexible work schedule so I am able to work it into my schedule.....

the bike won't bulk up your legs....you should try it, it does great things for your quads and butt...
I run, swim, and cycle for cardio. I also do Bikrams yoga once, sometimes twice per week and lift 4 X's per week....

Mostly running outside or on a treadmill. If you get bored on the treadmill, try playing around with the settings. Increase the incline or change up the speed and do intervals.
I also take a spin class once a week. It's helping with my legs and arse. It won't bulk you up at all. Don't worry about that.

I run a bit, but not as much since I started doing belly dancing and hydro jog 4 days a week. But I try to get a mile in here and there around classes.
But the bike is great for your legs!! I prefer the recumbant, but just read that you typically cannot go as long on it because your heart isn't high enough above your legs.

Running & biking. We bike every weekend now that the weather is good and I much prefer that to running.

I believe it's in Utah, isn't it? I really wish there was some race us Boobie sistas could get together to do. Like NY or Philly, oohh or Maui. I'd definitely make a trip out of that. Or of course we could always

Philly was just this past weekend - I think it was a half. Anyway, I agree that would be cool if a bunch got together. Some to run and some to cheer on the runners;)
