What a difference a couple lbs makes!Since the move, I've been hovering more around 175 than 170. I finally squeeked a few of those lbs off and can't believe how much better my clothes fit and feel!!!!
Now, to take the rest off.

That's so true! I've dropped a few pounds too, and my clothes fit much better which of course makes me feel better.

Um, if I looked like you I'd be real comfortable in my clothes Kel!!!
Huh, I just tried my shorter shorts on. They fit again, but the legs are lookin' a bit flabby.
School starts Monday, and I head back to the gym!!! I need some toning!

I agree! You know, I don't really weigh myself, but I can "tell" where I'm at by how certain clothes fit. For instance, the shorts I had on yesterday are snug, and "ride up" a bit when I'm carrying a few extra. However, yesterday they felt great, and weren't the least bit uncomfortable. I have been running a bit more, which could be helping. That's the only "plus" for me about little man (my 9 year old) starting football practice. They start the first of August and practice 4 nights a week. So, instead of sitting on my ass for two hours watching a bunch of peewees in helmets running around, I go for my runs. Then, at home on the "off" nights, I've jumping on the 'mill and doing at least 2 miles just to add the the week's mileage.
