Went skiing...............with my oldest DS on New Years Eve. He snowboarded and I skiied.
Add not having skiied in 7 or so years + not doing any cardio in the past 3 1/2 or so months = 1 stiff mommy.
Had a blast though and so did he.

I haven't gone for so long either. Maybe a nice hot bath with help those stiff muscles. Did you go someplace close to home? I know another girl who lives in CA and she said if she goes 1 direction 1.5 hours she goes skiing and about 30 minutes the other direction and they have people surfing. I just think that is unreal. Doesn't matter which way i go. I see cold and snow.

Snippy.....it's doing better, but not completely recovered. But it's WAY better than it was. I just need it to be healed so I can get going at the gym again.
Benz.......Yes we went to a ski resort close to us. We're closer to skiing than to the coast. I'm about 45 minutes to skiing and at least 2 hours to the coast.
