Saline to SiliconeOk so not only do I want to switch to silicone beacuse they feel softer but because of some rippling.....but Im thinking of going with overs also, because when I do a shoot, and I have to hold myself up or im flexing at all it distorts the implant and looks awful, who has silicone overs? is there ANY rippliing and how do they feel? I am thinking about making a apt to see how much its gonna cost me to do this, along with a scar revision.....

Silicone overs would probably be great for you. I have saline overs and they give amazing cleavage and lot's of bounce and jiggle. No distortion at all with any movement. I have no rippling at all with the saline, but if you have some now the silicone will probably take care of that.
That's you in your siggy right?! Amazing!!

Rosebury, Can breast cancer still be detected as well with overs? I am going to a consult in sept about a redo and have been considering overs but breast cancer runs in my family. Do you know anything about this?

It can take more time during a mammogram as they may need more angles and such but you can be detected just as well. There are new types of digital mammograms too I hear.

I have silicone overs. So far, no rippling at all. DH says they look and feel very natural. I am really happy with mine.

Silicone,(gummies), overs here too!!! LOVE THEM!! Very natural looking and feeling....
My PS prefers overs anyhow, he said that it is more natural plus no distortion compared to unders. Less invasive too..
