Pulled muscle?I went out with a training group last night and decided to slip in with the 9 minute pace group for five miles. Mind you this was pretty gutsy of me since I'm more of a ten minute gal whenever it's over five miles. I felt fine the whole time and stayed in about the middle of the pack. It was hard, but I think I did pretty well.
But when we get to the end, my left thigh was really tense. Felt like a mild cramp that lasted all night, today it's still a little sore. I've never been injured before so I don't know if it's anything to worry about.....I'd figure a pulled muscle would hurt much more. Hopefully it'll go away. I tend to go stir crazy if i can't work out for more than two days.

Hope it is better soon. Have you tried putting ice on it?

No...i drugged up on Ibuprofen 800mg last night and over the counter today. It's feeling a little better as the day goes on. That's why i think it might just be some weird ache.
