Pilates UpdateI have been doing pilates on the reformer 3x per week and I am loving it. It is making a difference....I feel "tighter" and taller LOL!
My abs are definitely getting stronger and flatter. I also feel it tightening my butt, arms and legs!!!
I've been lagging on my cardio---but I think once I add running back in---the results will only get better.
Oh ya...I've also experienced increased flexibililty!!!
If you can't do the reformer...I highly recommend the MAri Winsor DVDs

Wow, that's great you feel results. It helps to keep motivated. How long from when you started did you start to notice results?
