Hmmm...my sisters best friend had hers done about 3 months ago and she is only 19 (nearly 20). She had the same PS as myself - both Mum and I recommended him to her!
Must be different here is Australia. |

It might have something to do with the fact that when you are 18 your body is still growing and changing in different ways or maybe they think 22+ is more responsible and will be more willing to participate in the study. Who knows?!?!? |
