Mild CC - very upset!

I went to my ps yesterday and he says I have mild CC. I was so shocked. He was very nonchalant about. it No big deal. Just like everyother appointment. See you next year. Why didn't he tell me this before? I have been back to him numerous times since my BA (which was 2.5 years ago) about the same symptoms. The pain and "swelling" (which he now says is cc) has been there since the beginning. I am kind of annoyed because I think that originally my pockets were made too large. The implants rotated and flipped over several times within weeks of my surgery. I think that if the pockets were the right size to begin with that there wouldn't likely be cc in each of my breasts. GRRR! Sorry I needed to vent. I think that I will go to my room and cry

He planned to do nothing. It will likely not get any worse is what he said.

Hey it's me! I came looking for you over here shift gears CC is almost always progressive so I don't know why he'd say that. I called his office a couple months back to see how long it would be to fix CC and the earliest would have been next November!! My PS could have gotten me in immediatly but he just wanted me to be 8 months post before another surgery. Like I said get a second opinion as if it's CC another PS could fix it under ohip. Hey you! I'm sorry you've been in pain. That's horrible. And your implants flipped?? I never heard of that.
I know from my ps that there is something like 4 degrees of CC. and if you have the mildest he said you really can't and shouldn't do anything for it. However, being that your in pain and get swelling, I would def, get a second opinion...again sorry to hear that!

When they flipped over the first time I had never heard of it happening to anyone else. I searched every website and chat site. I did eventually find one gal about 10 months later. She had large implants saline 750 which she says it can be common for that size. She had a pocket revision and has not had any other problems. Looking into a second opinion.
