lip injections

how bad does it really hurt? which filler do you think is the best?

I've never had it done but some good options are restylane and radiesse. If you like the looks of these once you have it you may want to try Artefill which is more permanent.

I never heard of Artefill, I hope it doesnt hurt too bad......I wonder can I just call and make an appt and get it done, i dont want to wait

Why dont you all your ps's office who did your breasts? They should be able to quote you a price and give you some insight on it. That way, you can walk in and get it done. Since it's non surgical it doesnt take all that long. I would say you would be in and out within 45 min or so.

I have a low tolerance for pain so I know I"d scream.

Yeah I should, I think when I asked them last time they said it was like 450 which is not too too bad, i dont need alot anyway

I paid $600 for restalyn injections & it lasted about 6 months.
I loved it but want to go premanent next time.
Yes the needles they put around your mouth to numb it (4 of em) hurt... but what beauty procedure doesnt LOL.... its worth it & i would do it again.
Just be careful you dont get bruises around mouth like i did, they took ages to go away & i had to tell people my son accidently elbowed me lol

I had thought about restylane in the lips but have always chickened out b/c of the "pain" of the needles. It's not like I need alot anyways. I have nice shaped lips just a little "oomph". Maybe I'll try it out the early part of next year as a "birthday" present to myself.

I just got restylane in my lips and FUCK it stung! I have high pain tolerance but it hurt. I didn't have anything to numb it though so that could be why. I had it around my eyes too and Double FUCK lol! Anyways it's worth it. The results are pretty much instant.

You should avoid Radiesse, Artefill as well as some of the other longer lasting products because of a very high chance for inflammatory nodule formation requiring steroid injections or even need for excision and permanent scarring.

Restylane and Juvederm are the best injectables for the lips. You can get it without any numbing which hurts immensely! You can apply topical numbing creams or the best way is to get a dental block by your doctor which makes the lip injection much more "pleasant!"

Yes, its really bad and hurt. So, my advice you go to your doctor and surgery about this issue.
