Leg Magic machine...hi girlsjust found this machine thingy online.. supposedly works your butt and inner and outer thighs.. those are for me the areas that need most attention, but i hate lifting weights and stuff.. so wondering if any of you have seen this before or used this... it seems like a good workout, but i'm concerned that to me it seems like all the movement and effort would be done by the INNER thigh, and not all that much by the outer part of the thigh... Those are the areas I really need to work as well. I wonder if that really works, hmmm. Does it seem like it would give enough resistance to do anything? I don't know...if you get it, let us know how it feels. I would probably use it if it worked. |

yeah, my question exactly.. seems like it just slides to the sides.. i can see the inner thigh working a lot though, and buttocks
if there is resistance both ways (when sliding outwards and back in) then it might be good.. maybe i'll call them to ask - there's a premium pack where you get little thingys to add resistance.... and maybe i will order, as they hae amoney back gurantee.. but the hassle of sending it back and all.. i have to think it thru |

My boss just bought us one at the day spa, lol. It an AWESOME inner thigh workout, i can only do it for like a minute, when you get off it feels like you have been riding a horse for 24 hours, lol. As far as outer thighs go, it does work them, you start in the middle of the machine, go out to the sides, then bring it back in just to th emiddle. Buy it from ebay, my boss got it for like $50 or $60. |
