Itchy BoobsYesterday I massage my boobs good.. I havent been that agressive in a month or so, anyways today my boobs have been so itchy?? It is like a small itch on the side of my boobs under hte skin..I feel like I have a tiny fireant inside my skin  I don't know if the massaging had anything to do with this, but does anyone else ever get itchy???

I never did but i think alot of girls do. Someone else just posted about itchy boobs too but i can't remember who it was. How long ago was your BA?

That seems like a long time after BA for them to itch. I know Carissa can explain it better but i know it is when your nerves regenerate. I don't know if an anti itch cream would help or not. If no one posts than i would just PM Carissa. I think she knows as much as any PS would. :ibh:

I'm almost 8 months and mine have been itching like crazy for the last few nights, on the outer sides. The itching actually woke me up one night. I'm not sure why but, they have been on and off itchy from the beginning. Sometimes I don't even realize I'm scratching until someone says something, lol. Oh well, got an itch, scratch it! I think with me, it's because my skin is dry because winter just won't quit around here. If I remember to put moisturizer on, it's fine.

Have you bought a new bra recently? Could be a reaction to the material...

i get itchy around my nips sometimes, kinda like what you describe. my ps says nerve regeneration. hope that helps.

I am 6 1/2 months post op and I get itchy on the under side of my boobs. I am still itchy here and there. I don't know why either!

The itchy sensation can be from a couple of different things, dry skin, healing inside, nerve regeneration.
It sounds to me like nerve regeneration but if it gets really bad I'd contact your PS just for some assurance.
As for lotions, Palm's coco butter really seems to help with dry skin and not causing break outs. HTH!
