I don't remember mine itching but i think i remember other girls saying it has something to do with the nerves and healing. I am allergic to everything and i get itchy rashes and i put ice on them. It numbs them and gives me some relief. I don't know if it would help you or not but anything is worth a try.

Maybe I will try that! It's just really weird! I catch myself rubbing on them to scratch them. I sure hope it goes away!

Maybe it is some kind of lotion you are using? (It might just be more sensative in that area since the skin has been stretched so much?)

It could be several things from lotion you use, to the bra type you're wearing - could be rubbing that area (kwim?) to a new detergent or soap. If you've recently changed products or added a new one to your regiment that could be the culprit. I would try some type of lotion (below) for a couple of days and if it doesn't clear I would have a doctor look at it just to be certain.
Gold Bond has some really good anti-itch lotions that work and don't tend to aggrivate the area, they also are hypoallergenic if memory serves. There is also another one I use on my youngest DD - Eucerin Calming Cream. that stuff is amazing!

Benadryl Anti Itch Cream or Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion will help with the itching.
Just another part of the healing. It's crazy! But still worth it for new girls!!

I used NyStop (Nystatin Topical Powder)- perscription - I had the BA in the summer and the constant moisture caused well here is the description and the link
Breast rashes (boob rash) are difficult to clear up because of two factors:-
1. The chest and bust area tends to get very little airflow and that creates a moist environment where fungal infection can develop. The problem usually becomes worse in hot climates and during summer
2. Reinfection can be caused by fungal spores remaining in your underwear. You can prevent this by using high wash temperatures with your underware
As the bust rash condition is often associated with a mild fungal infection ladies often try antifungal creams but only with average results.
The common medical terms for these breast rashes are Submammary Candidiasis (Meaning a flat inflamed rash underneath the breast where the candida fungus aggravates the damaged skin) and Submammary Seborrhoeic Dermatitis where the skin is red and may have a somewhat scaly appearance.
