How So you Cook Broccolie Rabe??I dont know where to begin?

- Steam the Broccoli Rabe just to soften it a little bit
- Transfer it to a paper towel to get any water off
- Put some Extra Virgin Olive Oil on a frying pan with fresh minced up garlic
- Once the garlic is a little golden put the steamed Broccoli Rabe in the frying pan and toss it with tongs to coat all of it with oil and garlic
- You don't saute it a long time just till it softens up and seems done ( sorry I can't explain it any better!)
Broccoli Rabe tastes great with mashed potatoes and filet mignon (or pretty much any steak or broiled chicken breast!)
