Has anyone tried either of these mascaras?L'oreal's new telescopic or Maybelline's new define a lash? I use the Covergirl volume lash with the rubbery wand now. I wanted to try one of these but have not heard much about them. Thanks.

never have, but my fave is loreals volume shocking. I like it bertter than the expensive brands even. It really gives you some lashes!

I've tried the telescopic. I was pretty disappointed with it, the brush on it is so small, and because its so small when you pull it out to apply it, the mascara is gooped all over the brush, like it doesn't scrape any off when it comes out. the brush is about 1/4 the size of the other brands that have the new plastic brushes, its basically like a stick with a few teeth. but, i thought the formula was nice, it had pretty good pigment, and very slight glossy look to it. its similar to lash out, except it goes on a bit more slick and smooth.
my fave mascara is now max factors volume couture in very back. I love the brush and I like the formula as well. normally I dont like max factors mascara, but i really like this one and the lash perfection, they both have those plastic brushes.

Oh Pooey! I thought it was going to be good. I also like volume shocking and Voluminous! Both my Favs as of right now. Thanks for the heads up keeterkat!!!:)

you're welcome  I'd also suggest registering at makeupalley.com (its free) to see what the ladies there say. I believe they didn't like it much either. you could apply it and then maybe use another brush with it, but I didn't have much luck with it. I use a sharp metal eyelash comb as well, and i couldn't separate my lashes well after using the telescopic, they were just too gooped together.

Thanks for the tip! I guess I will try the maybelline. I will let you all know how that works.
