For those with Boobie GreedWhen did you have your re-do? how long after your initial surgery? and how much bigger did you go?
I am thinking about going a little bit bigger but not sure how much bigger.

Me too.. I would love to switch to silicone too!! I have to pay the first set off first and then work on DH to ok another surgery!!

I wanted to go a bit bigger and switch to silicone. At my year post op I found out I had CC so I get to switch for less than half price!

Heck if I had the $ now I'd do a revision already just to go bigger and HP's instead of Mod +, already have the silicones so that will stay the same but truthfully I'd probably go with his original estimate of around 800/850 cc's - it's what he wanted to but NOOOOO I wouldn't listen to him, had to have natural looking boobs, didn't want bigger than a DD and all, trying to be a little conservative.
NOW I want a redo TOMORROW!! Talk about boobie greed - oh boy do I have it!

DH is actually ok with me going bigger...I just don't want to go to big to where my back starts to hurt...plus i will have to go to another doctor since mine won't do silicone nor will he go any bigger...he likes to be conservative...ugh!!!!

silicones in the US only go up to 800cc unfortunately. and the European ones like Eurosilicone go to 900. I even contacted inamed and mentor and asked them if they had plans on making larger ones LOL :ibh: they said they didn't right now.
when mine deflate, I'll be going bigger. I had a size goal when I 1st started out, (800 or so cc's) and I haven't reached it yet. so I am not sure if that classifies as booby greed since it was what I wanted in the 1st place?
I needed a pocket revision so one year after my 1st surgery I went from 450cc spectrum's to 675 HP's, I'm very Pleased with this last surgery but I'd like slightly wider implants and to switch to silicone.
I am hoping they will have a silicone implant that matches the projection I have now by the time I need a redo. my revision cost $4700.

Ditto! I'll be paying on these for awhile since I'm a SAHM. ooch
But I'm over 1.5 years post and would love to switch to sili and maybe get my boobs lifted a bit. They aren't saggy, just lower set on my chestwall and I hate it! curse Not good for halter tops and tube tops. curse curse curse curse

Id like to go bigger too, but i am not sure if we are going to have anymore kids or not. I think i'll just wait for 10 years or a little less and then switch to 550 or 600 hps silicone. I do love the silicone and i am glad that i got them the first time, i just wish i wouldve realized how much smaller they look inside your body.

Me, me!! I want to go bigger but, can't justify spending the money on me again, at least not now. Maybe in a year or so.

 Hand in air here!!!!!!!!! I chickened out & went 2 sizes smaller curse curse curse curse curse curse curse curse ME!!!! I am hoping in the next 2 years I can upsize & switch to silicone. probably around 600-675 somewhere in there. I'd like to stay with mods though we'll see.

Definitely not going bigger here.......I'm tooshort waisted and anything bigger will make me look REALLY fat. I have 475cc implants(mods)

I used to get boobie greed, but not so much anymore. For me, I didn't have my BA for bigger boobs in the first place, but to "correct" my awful saggy, empty boobs.
I realize at the size I am now, DD, that it's plenty big enough. DH doesn't really like HUGE boobs anyway, and I figure at this size I'm bigger than the average woman . Besides, why would I need bigger boobs? DD's are big, right? Bigger would just make it harder than it is already to find bras that fit, and lord knows I get enough attention at the size I'm at now!
So, when that ugly boobie greed monster shows up, I just stop and think realistically about what I wanted and what's practical for me.

There are days when I want to go bigger and switch to HP. Then there are days when I only want to go bigger. And there are days when I don't want to change my size or implant style at all.
My concerns are the cost ($), increased difficulty in finding bras that fit, potential back or quick sag problems & additional unwanted attention.
On the other hand......

I would love to go bigger as well. I would love to have silicone. I really wish though someone could come up with an implant that was wide like the mods and had projection like the hp's. Untill then, I will settle with the 34D's that I have.

Mod + is a step in the right direction, but, I don't think they are quite there yet. The manufacturers I mean.
I have a terrible cold, ear infection, sinus infection & bronchitis so here I sit in my jammies braless going "where did my boobs go"? dizzy

I went from 375cc mods to 460cc mods... and I jumped up a cup size. I NEVER, EVER get boobie greed anymore. If anything... I feel too big at times. If I could keep the width of implant that I have but decrease cc's... and get silicone I would do it. I wear a 32 DDD or 34 DD now..... It's hard to find cute bras. I would love to be a 34 C/D.....
Bottom line - we are never happy.

I'm like Brashley--mine sit too low on my chest wall. I would love to have more upper fullness but I don't necessarily want my boobs to be any bigger.

i think mine are kinda flat from the side and i want a redo to get them to have more projection
i wanna change to Mod Plus or HP, but am afraid HP will look too skinny unless i go with like 750 ccs to compensate.. but that just sounds huge to me
i'm thinking 650 in Mod Plus
I have 350 in mods right now
the 650 in mod plus will make it slightly larger in diameter, but a LOT more projection :b*n:
