Finally............have my computer back. Dh downloaded something and got a virus. I couldn't do anything.  He knows someone that is great at computers so its finally fixed.  I had a virus protector on it but it didn't stop the virus. This kid put something in to scan for viruses and something else to block viruses. He spend about a week at our house every evening for hours trying to fix it.

sounds like what happened to me! Its horrible and yesterday, we had to the same problem, my word files weren't even opening. But it was weird I reinstalled the printer and then zone alarm and it was all good again. They're such a pain.

Don't open ANY joke emails. Even the pictures can have viruses in them.

Don't you wonder who has that much free time to start viruses? Has to be some kid with nothing better to do.
