changing implantsI was thinking maybe in the future about changing my implants to moderate profiles. I think I would be happier with the more natural look(sloped breast) I feel like mine stand out as far as the upper pole fullness. Anyways Im sure it will be awhile before I can do this, but my question is I want to keep my 32d size just lose some of the upper portion, so what do you think would be a good choice in mod profile for me to switch to?? I am leaning towards silicone too..I think.. The yearly mri's is the only thing second guessing me on that.

sorry i'm not much I help...I do have mod+ but saline. I hope some girls who have what your requesting post to you...that's the best way to find out.

I have 300 silicone moderates.
I look so fricken natural. I was actually thinking about going to moderate plus or HP for the next one.
I have pictures in the DSPR. You might want to take a look.
I'm about a 32C sometimes 32D. I look like a B/C in clothes. You may want to do 300 or 350 to keep your D. But moderates are pretty wide. If you have a small frame, you might be able to go much bigger. My PS didn't want to do the 300s on me. But I talked him into it. And now I have buttcrack cleavage.

I still have 2 fingers before my cleavage can touch, so I guess that means I could go bigger. My PS didn't tell me he was gonna use mod +, I figured he did because I chose such a small size and had a bit of droopiness to fill. If I could have only found this site before my BA. I am definitly more happy with them, but in the future would like to change!

I had 325 HP's (silicone) and was a 32DD. I recently switched to 275 mods cause I hated the look of HP's on me - way too much projection. I'm still a 32DD but I look very natural - which is exactly what I wanted

I have 330 mods and I'm a 32D/34C. I also have about a two finger width space between though too. Not sure if that would change a lot for you but, you'd probably be overall fuller on the sides.

It has something to do with the diameter of the actual breast itself. from nipple to the middle of your chest.
you don't want to go too wide, otherwise they overdissect and you may end up with uniboob or the implants in your armpits.

It's hard to guess what size would be good for you Danielle as everyone's anatomy varies, I have 330cc mods on a tiny ribcage (26.5 inch) and I gotta say I love both the width and projection of them. I have one finger space between em right now. My PS said I could have gone up to 425cc with mods but I chose smaller than that, because I didn't want to be huge, I wanted busty not huge. I'm a 32DD now and that's as large as I want to be LOL!

My frame is about as small as yours. I'm 5'0 and 98 lbs (sometimes 100 lbs. depending on the day) and my ps used mods on me.

I meant to add that I now wear a 32c ,32D and 32DD depending on the bra. I think that Filena bras run small though. I look like a C.
