Back to the grindI've only exercised sporadically for the last few weeks. With moving and unpacking I let myself put it on the backburner for a bit. After a long camping weekend, I'm ready to get back at it!!! Off for a run this morning, and regular exercise again! I can't wait. 289)_9

What a great run, it's so nice here today. After the first mile I thought "I'll probably do 4 miles, this feels great." By 2.5 I wasn't sure I'd finish the third dizzy I did, and felt great. Until I came home and put on some shorts. And had to change cause they were too snug
Oh well, it'll come back off. It's just a couple lbs, amazing what a difference they can make.

How do you squeeze as much as you do into 1 day. You do have the same 24 hour day that everyone else has right??? I give you lots of credit. I would still be unpacking.

I usually feel like I don't do much. My mom was here for a week, so I spent most that time unpacking and organizing while she was tending to the boys. I was pretty much done with the living areas by the time she left. Maybe it helps we've moved 4 times in the past 6 years.

Wow!!! 4 times in 6 years. I would just finish unpacking and it would be time to start packing it back up. I bet having someone watch the little ones was a BIG help.

I've been missing the gym this week too. I squeezed in a 35 minute workout this morning before soccer camp and swimming lessons. I figured something was better than nothing.
Glad you're getting back into it. It's hard to miss it once you're in a habit.
