Hi ladies, I haven't been on in a while! I had a consult scheduled in March but had to cancel due to money issues...grrr. I am 100% sure that I want to do it but I am looking for a new job and my SO and I are moving soon as well, so I felt like the time wasn't right to do it financially. I was thinking of scheduling my BA in the time after I leave this job and before I start my new one (probably around July b/c I am going into teaching and that gives me a few weeks before school starts). Did anyone else have to postpone their BA due to finances? It's frustrating, lol, I want my new boobs!

Yes I did.
And then we thought it would be another year before we could do it...but everything ended up working out. Just try to be patient!!
It will happen when the time is right!
I hope the $ issues clear up soon!!

Yes, I have gotten discouraged I am in school full-time so it's hard trying to find time to fit this in and to leave enough time for recovery and if something possibly goes wrong. I've wanted my BA since the beginning of the year but since the new semester started getting it has not been an option I finally have a consult scheduled for when school gets out and then I plan on having it early Aug that way I have enough time to recover and I can still enjoy this summer!! Good luck with everything and don't give up hope.. everything always seems to find a way of working out for the best.

Thanks Sara, I am trying to be patient. :) I think that it will work out very nicely to schedule my BA when I am in between my current job and new one, but I need to do the consult soon then.
You look great, were your siggy pics taken 1 day post BA?! You look fantastic!

Thanks Caligirl--August is a great time to do it if you are in school FT, you can enjoy the summer and have your BA/recovery done before the new school year. I'm going to keep thinking positive!

I am deciding between the TUBA procedure/belly button incision and crease incision right now. So maybe it's a good thing I have some time before my BA so I can weigh my options and make the best decision for me. I feel like I have done a lot of research but I still have more to do, so it's great to see your results and recovery rate w/ the crease incision, something for me to consider!

We weren't in a position to pay for the boobies as we were just starting a business which used up all our savings and line of credit. But, I wanted them after nursing and before summer so I got a loan with credit medical. I pay monthly for them.
I know how you feel as I was planning on switching implants at my redo but couldn't come up with the money and it was really devastating. I'm glad now though as my old implants are perfect without the complications.

Yeah, I think I'm going to put 1k down and finance the rest. I just want to make sure I'm in a good position to make my monthly payment! I think it's great to have that option. Btw, you look great too--everyone on here is giving me severe booby envy, lol!

Yes, Sassy...I finally decided after I graduated that it would be a gift to myself. My parents gave me acouple of thousand and I put it towards my boobs, the other part I financed. I owe $1000 and am paying that off when i get my taxes!
