Does anyone else have these?

I'm going in for surgery #3 (I swear nothing ever goes right for me!) in June with a brand new doctor. He's going to fix my screwed up boobs, increase me to 500ccs and do silicone gels.

I want to make sure after paying for this (here goes another $7,000!) that they are the size I like etc. I don't to end up afterwards thinking I should have gone bigger.

I've got 450's, but if i could do it all over again, I'd just go slightly bigger with 500's or 550's. I think I've lost more weight in my chest since my surgery.

I have 510, but saline, so they will have more projection and less diameter than the 500 silicone.

I've got silicones, 550's and ended up 34DDD. That being said if I ever get the money I will so be going bigger and HP to boot.

I'd definitely recommend taking in photos of what you want to look like just to give him a visual. HTH

I booked my surgery today.....June 6th and I'm the first surgery of the day so checkin at 6:30am.

I've been saving photos off the playboy site of boobs I like. Feels weird doing that, but I don't want to be let down this time. I told him I want to look like a playmate.

I have a 31 inch rib cage and 485 cc's silicone gel overs made me a very full D, sometimes DD cup. I was a small B cup before. HTH and good luck to you!
