Oh my..I used to be able to stretch so much more!! There were woman twice my age that could bend better than me!! Hoping if I keep it up that I will get back that elasticity!

| Do you think everyone can "learn" to do yoga? I've just NEVER been very "stretchy". I cannot imagine doing some of those poses. I can't even begin to sit Indian style! |

I'd love to take yoga class.... I'm super stretchy... and it just feels so good to me. But, all that up & down, forward & backwards makes me nauseous. I'm afraid I would either pass out (from low BP) or puke on my mat. LOL..... _________________

I wonder the same thing...unfortunately I missed fridays class - but I noticed that I am stretching more in pilates class. I just think that there is a limitation to my bending!! yeaks. |

if you get the opportunity, give bikram yoga a shot. it's usually set in a room with the temperature set at over 100 degrees and goes for about an hour and a half. it's a little easier to ease into positions and injuries are less common.
you'll also sweat bucket loads! _________________
