How are we all doing?

I started up a little bit last week, and spent the week getting back to my "starting" point. But I weighed in at exactly 170 this morning. I want to get to 165. I've been at and near 170 several times in the past few years, but never dropped below it, at all. So, here goes!!! I'm going to do it this time.

I'm holding off buying new capris and shorts until I lose it, so I'd like to be there by April. I think it's doable, if I be really, really good!! Hopefully I'll get a good payoff!!!

Your siggy doesn't look like 170. You must be solid and have alot of muscle. That always weighs more than fat.

I hit my first goal on Saturday. I hit 149.4. Anything under 150 was my first goal. I am having a hard time again. I wanted to hit it b/c we were going out with a bunch of ppl and i was all into it. Now i don't have anything coming up that i feel like i have to lose for. I think i have to start giving myself a goal that is closer. I have 1 for May of 2008 but that is so far away i think i have plenty of time and i will start next wk. Next wk never comes. I think my next goal may be 145 by Easter. This way i see the date coming fast and i will make myself do it. I should be able to lose 4.6 lbs in 4 wks. Better go exercise.

Small goals are good! They help keep you focused.

My weight used to really bother me. I've accepted that I'm just a big girl, I don't care how much I weigh. I'd just like my inner thighs to not bulge like they do, that's my biggest focus right now.
