Did good this morning. Had coffee, OJ, vitamin and a cereal bar. When I got home from work, made a small salad with chick peas and cottage cheese. Had a banana for "desert".

Then it went downhill. I ate three pieces of chocolate from a box of candy. WTF????!!!!! See what I mean? Couldn't have just said no to myself, or just had ONE! No! Had to eat three of those little fuckers! Who bought that candy and left here anyway? Oh shit . . . that would be me. Dummy!!!!

Okay, I'm making poached salmon with broccoli along with pasta (orzo in a light alfredo sauce - I'll be skipping that!) and salad. Wish me luck!

After dinner, it's off to the treadmill for 4 miles (maybe more since ate that damned chocolate!).

Is this where we post our diet & exercise routine for the day?

I had a slice of low cal wheat bread w/ 2 tbsp peanutbutter & half a banana for breakfast (40 + 180 + 50 = +270 cals)

.... A meatloaf Healthy Choice microwave thingy (+300 cals) for lunch

and for dinner I had steamed chicken with vegetables (from Chinese restaurant), no sauce.... only a packet of soy sauce over the top. And, a small spring roll. (don't know calories... probably around 400)

I didn't have any snacks today.... too busy at work.

Oh - and I ran 5 miles.... burned 635 calories

It's ok Sissy, 3 itty bitty pieces of chocolate aren't too bad as long as you get right back to the good stuff and don't keep having more chocolate.

My day was pretty good. I had GoLean Crunch with 1% milk for breakfast and blew it at Starbucks (Grande White Choc Mocha). See, I'm bad too. Lunch was a cereal bar (SBD) and an apple with a bottle of water, normally I eat more but, I was so busy I had to eat on the run. Afternoon snack was a handful of baby carrots and water. Dinner was a big salad with chick peas. I got on my recumbant bike for 5 miles and then the treadmill for 1.5 miles. I'm still wearing my Ipod and boogying when a good song comes on (I consider that part of my cardio routine, LOL)

Now my biggest challenge is not eating anything before bed. Help, lol!

I have been eating Special K with strawberries for breakfast every day. It is only 110 cals for 1 cup plus i add 1/2 cup of milk.

That is also good in yogurt. I have a hard time eating yogurt sometimes. I start gagging on it. I put 1/8 a cup of that cereal in it and it is good. I eat the yogurt that is 60 cals and add that with and extra 25 cals. Total is 85 cals and that is still 15 cals less than most yogurt plus i get some extra fiber.

Thanks, that's a great idea! I'm the same way with yogurt. Makes me gag about half-way through it. Sometimes if there's something mixed into it it's better. I'm going to try it with the cereal.
