I did this over the weekend
& it was delicous !!!!!!
Just like KFC ithout the spices or fattiness

I got chicken breast fillets dipped them in egg & milk & then rolled them in crushed cornflakes & baked for 30 mins at 180dc.
Was a big hit at my house..
I served it with minted potatoes & cauliflower & broccoli with cheese sauce

Your welcome. When did mine, I had in laws over too. They loved it. Just like fried chicken w/o the grease. I used pet milk(evaporated milk) instead of regular milk and it was soooo good.

I served a baked sweet potatoe and steamed veggies.
