Has anyone ever made or eaten on of these pies? I am planing on makeing one or both of these to take to my MIL's for Thanksgiving. If you want to make the strawberry lemon pie just use strawberries instead of raspberries. If you have eaten this pie before did you like it?
1pkg 8oz cream cheese
1pkg Jello Lemon flavor instant pudding
2tsp grated lemon peel
1cup cold milk
2 cups thawed cool whip whipped topping.
1 honey maid graham pie crust (6oz)
1 cup of raspberries

Beat-cream cheese, milk dry pudding mix and lemon peel in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped toping.
Spoon into crust; raspberrie preserves, then spoon mixture into crust, top with remaining 1 cup of whipped topping
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Top with raspberries just before serving.

It does sound easy. I forgot to put down that you have to leave it in the refrigerator for 4 1/2 hours. I like things that are easy to make.

I just got through making two of these pies but I used strawberries instead of raspberries because you could use either one and most people in our families eat strawberries and not raspberries. I must say that it looked so pretty after I mixed it all up, put it on the crust then put cool whip and strawberries on top.

If I make it with strawberries do I use strawberry pie filling or fresh berries??? I would love to make this and did not get to yet.
