My PS wouldn't even consider me for HP. He said they were ugly and now way was he going to put them in me.

So, now I have moderates at 300. I'm sure you've all seen me with my buttcrack cleavage. But i want more projection!

I guess I have nothig to really complain about. I at least have some boobies now.

But I'm a little annoyed that I don't have much projection.

Any thoughts?

I don't even know what I'm writing about, except I'm not that happy about the projection.

My PS told me at my consult he does not do HP's. He doesn't like the way they turn out.
But while in surgery...he decided to use HP's. WTF?????
Luckily I love them. but I was expecting Mods.
Hey, I don't know what i am posting about either....just some Bla Bla Bla....

i have HPs and they are quite close together. my dr said they were my only option. I am happy i got HP, I look very propertionate.

I'm sorry you're unhappy with the amount of your current projection. The other day when I was back in my PS's office I was looking at the moderate vs. HP and I have to admit that the moderate looks really flat (I have mid range a.k.a. mod plus). It kinda sucks that your PS is c l o s e d minded and/or doesn't listen to what his patients want. Can you give yourself the look of more projection with a padded push-up bra? Do you love your new boobies otherwise?

I think I should have shopped around a little bit more than I did. At the time, I was stuck on getting the gummy implants.

I probably should have visited Dr. David Kim who's really well known for his boob jobs.

Oh well. Live and learn.

I think it does kind of stink that the projection is so low on moderates.

I think the best thing I learned out of this is that we should speak up if we really want something.

I have the same issue. I want more projection, but I don't want to lose my width either.

My PS told me I have really tight chest muscles and that's part of why I don't have much projection. A friend of mine also has mods in a similar size (and used the same PS) and she's got great projection. So I guess it's just my anatomy.

Thats my biggets complaint too. I have 270 Mod Plus and the cleavage is great, but I feel like I have close to no projection... I could hit myself for everytime I told my PS "I don't want to be too big"..GRRZ hehe

I"m with B2S I was so insisted on not having these huge fake boobs, i didn't want HP's. However after many consults with many different ps's they all agreed on one thing and that was either mod or mod+. I am too broad to have HP and he said I would look like I had to grapefruits on my chest and he wouldn't be happy and he knew I wouldn't be either. I do love the way I can play them up or down depending on what bra or shirt i wear. I mean in my bikini top I look like I'm a DD/E, which i am, but yet I take my top off and it looks like I'm a C...go figure...

I hope your happy otherwise and try to think that your body wasn't made for HP's. :) maybe it'll make you feel better lol

I'm the opposite. I hate that I have too much projection. CC could be causing some of it, but man! When I redo in the future I am definetly going with less projection!!!

My ps doesnt use high profile implants. He doesnt like the way they look.

Before I had gained some weight, my ribcage measurement was about 29" which I know alot of surgeons would of put me in high profile. I'm glad I didnt get them though b/c now I have alot of great cleavage and the fullness that I would of lacked by not getting the mods.

The more existing tissue you have prior to the ba, the more likely you will have projection afterwards.(in other words, you're less implant).

I have mod + and want more upper pole fullness - I don't know whether I need to go bigger cc wise or use hp's??

I only get cleavage if I wear a bra otherwise there is a rather large gap between them which I hate but it is probably due to the way my chest wall is.
