Well I REFUSE to get on the scale.... But I have lost inches which I can notice from my clothes fitting better.
Here is what I have been doing Since April 1...
SAT Pilates 1 hour
Run/Walk 65 mins 3-4 miles (also using incline up to 8)
SUN Run/Walk 65 mins 3-4 miles (also using incline up to 8)
Lift Arms 30mins/ Do situps on ball
MON Pilates 1 hour
Run/Walk 65 mins 3-4 miles (also using incline up to 8)
TUES Pilates 1 hour
Run/Walk 65 mins 3-4 miles (also using incline up to 8)
WED Run/Walk 65 mins 3-4 miles (also using incline up to 8)
Lift Legs 30 mins / leg lifts for stomach
THUR Run/Walk 65 mins 3-4 miles (also using incline up to 8)
Lift Arms 30 mins/ situps on ball
FRI (Just added YOGA 1hr)
Run/Walk 65 mins 3-4 miles (also using incline up to 8)
Lift Legs 30 mins/ situps on ball
Anyway...feels good to me doing my old routine again - so out of shape !!

Wow!!! That is alot. Bunny You must be a busy girl. Keep up the good work. Congrats on losing the inches. That is where it counts.
