There is a growing trend out there called nonsurgical rhinoplasty. Basically, it's for people who have some irregularities in their nose but dont want to undergo surgery. Of course, if you have nasal obstruction this wont work but if you want a tweak here or a tweak there, radiesse will last about 1-2 yrs and artefill is permanent....check out these before/afters......

I've heard of these but it's a lot of money for the nose job not to last cvery long. I'd rather just get the real deal. The Before/afters look great though!
