Girls With The Mostest

If i am young (23) have skin that has had a lot of exposure to the sun, with a few acne scars, a few fine lines showing up & a bit of pigmentation....
What is the treatment i shoud get done to minimise all of this in your opinion ??

Actually, I"m no help on this one, I'm doing IPL in less than 2 weeks but have no experience with the other stuff.

microdermabrasion every 4-8 weeks is a great thing but good daily skin care which you can do yourself at home is much more important. Avoiding sun and tobacco are even more important....

other than these "routine" maintenance stuff you need nothing!

Sure thing, chickie! Stay out of that sun...you Aussies are always bathing in it :)

Just drink lots of water, moisturize, limit the time in the sun and you should be fine...you're ONLY 23. Looking into microderm isnt a bad thing but dont overdo it. I'll let you know how it goes with my appt...I think it's the 10th. If they dont "f*ck up my face, I'll post pics :)

Microdermabrasion would address all of those things. You could try this in conjunction with a Retin A product but not both at once.

Actually using Retin-A and Hydroquinone will boost the efficacy of micro-dermabrasion. Most people will have some red-ness and flaking when they start Retin-A at first. You may have to play around with the strength and frequency until you reach a comfortable point where you can tolerate the regimen. You cannot use either product if pregnant or breast feeding.

This is a conservative no-down-time approach. There are more aggressive and definitive treatments out there but if the conservative methods work for you then it would be the way to go.

She was my sister and she was sleeping late. She's a lot older than me and at the time she was about to break into films, directing them, so everybody was indulging her. She was the only girl, too. If something didn't work out in her life and she had to come home for a while, it was a big deal. It mattered more than if I fucked up in one way or another.
