Just served this for dinner tonight and it was great!!!
1 Package 8in Egg Roll Wraps ( I used Nasoya All-Natural Refrigerated Wraps)
1 egg
1 package ground Lamb
2 14oz cans chopped leaf spinach
2 14.5oz cans chopped tomatoes with chiles (I used MUIR GLEN diced tomotoes fire roasted with Chiles)
1 14.5oz can chopped tomatoes no chiles(again I used MUIR GLEN- no chiles)
2 6oz cans tomato paste (I used CENTO)
15-16 oz feta crumbles - sold in tubs 5oz to 8oz
white ground pepper
Spray Lasagna Pan with Flour - no sticking baking kind
Layer 5 wraps on bottom of pan
In a seperate bowl combine tomato paste and the 3 cans of chopped tomatoes, then apply a healthy layer of sauce on top of the wraps in the pan - leave about 1/2 sauce in bowl to use for the top
Now layer 5 more wraps in the pan
In a seperate bowl combine spinach feta and egg...then spread all of it on top of the wraps in the pan
Now add 5 more wraps to the top
Next spread the ground lamb on top of the wraps (do not precook the lamb)
Now add 5 more wraps and then apply the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle a healthy layer of the white ground pepper on top
Cook at 475 for 50 minutes - enjoy
