This is the area I want to get rid of most right now. I know most of it is weight loss, but do you guys have an great toning tips?

I currently do the usual, pliet (sp?) squats, squats, lunges, leg extensions, leg curls, and hip adductor/abductor. I've upped the # of pliets lately because I think they probably do the most for inner thigh area, maybe I should do a 12x12 of those???.

Any others??

I would suggest the New York City Ballet workout. There are two different ones on DVD. It's plies and tendues... and more. It's geared for the non-dancer. But, ballet is ALL inner thigh. Plus the dancers on the DVD have the best bodies *ever*. (Deanna McBrearty is sooo beautiful... she's my hero).

That sounds like fun. I miss taking ballet. I'd love to try this. Do you need a bar or back of a chair? Do you do things across the floor or are you mostly standing in one place?

I was donig Winsor Pilates. I think i spelled that right. I did the legs and butt every day. It was 20 minutes long. I didn't see much but all of a sudden my DH noticed my butt and legs were smaller. That is the first time he noticed anything different. My Mom asked if i was doing something b/c i looked smaller. My jeans were bigger in my thighs and butt area. I do Turbo Jam now and i plan on doing the Winsor Pilates with it. I have 1 for abs that i will add to the buns and thighs and do each 1 every other day. We are going to look hot by swim suit time.

Swimsuits I haven't worn a regular bottom in years because of my inner thighs. Maybe this year I feel like I run enough, my legs should look nice dammit!!!!

You know what, Heather . . . I bet your legs look better than you realize. We are always our worst critics! With the working out and running you do, I'm sure your legs are pretty tone!

I try to tell myself that Sissy, but thye really don't. My legs look like drumsticks, they are nice-ish half way up from the knees, then they bulb out. They look like my moms

Ho-ly crap. I decided to up the leg workout yesterday. Only the places I'm sore are my butt and quads. Not quite what I was aiming for, but not a bad thing either :ibh:
