Open a box of ice cream sandwhiches. Unwrapp them and line a pan. Next top with cool whip. Drizzle with the caramel that you use to pour on top of ice cream. You can use caramel or butterscotch. I prefer caramel. You can also top with pecans. Place back into freezer for a while. Talk about good. _________________
