This is how I make my deviled eggs.
Boil 12 eggs and peel under cold water as soon as they are done. If you wait to long to peel them it will be harder to get the shells off.
Scoop out the yolks and mix with about 1 cup of Hellmans mayo and 2 Tablespoons mustard. Mix in about 6-7 crumbled bacon slices.
Stuff the eggs with the mixture and top with a sliced olive and sprinkle with paprika. |

My mom always just boiled the eggs & sliced in half, scooped out the yolks & mixed them with best food's sandwich spread, I've always liked them like that, but then I can never use up that jar of sandwich spread cuz that's the only thing I use it for & I don't like it on sandwiches, LOL!! _________________

I boil the eggs and peel them. Cut them in half. Scoop out the yellows and put into a bowl. Mash them up and add mayo and a few teaspoons of mustard. Mix all together. I add salt and pepper then I put sweet pickle relish in it. About 2 table spoons. Mix and fill the eggs up with it. Sprinkle paprika on top and your done.
Some people put an olive slice on top but that is too much work for me.
You dont even have to put the paprika. It is just for color. |

After boiling, peeling, slicing and scooping out the yolks. . . . I mash the yolks and add a few TBSP mayo, dash salt, pepper to taste and some sweet pickle relish.
Mix it all up and put in a sandwich ziplock. Cut the corner and squeeze mix out hole into egg cavity. Then I sprinkle the tops with some paprika and dried parsley for garnish. You can also slice green olives and put on top for garnish.
