I'm in a good news/bad news position. I'm still at 172 (that's the bad), but we were traveling this weekend. And drinking a lot. And the friends we stayed with made full meals for lunch and dinner. But I didn't gain anything, so there's the good news.
As for being at 165 by the end of March, it's not looking good. But I have a renewed commitment this morning. And since it's a lifelong battle, I'm not discouraged.

Not so good here either! I'm currently at 165 and really want to get back down to 155. I thought I'd been doing pretty good these past couple weeks, but my weight has not budged. I'm seriously at a plateau. I did, however, get a run yesterday and I'm hoping by adding an extra running day to my week might work. I don't usually work out on the weekends, but Sundays I try to stay home and get caught up on laundry, cleaning, etc., and I've decided I can set aside 30 minutes to get my run in. That would put me at 5 days running.
It's amazing how I was able to loose 25 pounds, but continue to yo-yo with the same 10. It's so frustrating!
Sometimes I think that roll around my middle is just meant to be there! _________________

I didn't drop anything for a few wks. but Monday i went down a little and this morning i went down more. I just hit 147.2. Yeah!!! _________________

I'm doing ok. I've been under a severe amount of stress for the past week and a half... so I lost about 4 pounds because of stress induced starvation. I've just started eating again.... and I'm up a couple. Right now I'm around 137 or 138. My goal is 135. I was 152 when I started really watching my diet & exercising...in December. The weight is coming off very, very slowly.... but it is harder to lose if you don't have a lot of extra to lose. So I'm trying to stay positive & committed. :ibh: _________________

I just saw your new siggy. If that is you than you need a new scale that works. You have a nice flat belly. You can't weigh 170!!! NO WAY!!! Maybe i need to take some of thos lessons you are taking. I want a flat belly too. _________________

Thank you! I was just weighed at the gym when I did my body fat, and I do indeed weight 170. I'm big, wide, big boned, and fairly muscular. Believe me, I'm sucking the stomach in, it doesn't like to be that flat! _________________ I thought my life was a tragedy until I realized that I had a choice.

I am at 166.8 as of last night and want to get down to 135 - hard work but I started at over 200 almost 3 years ago, quit smoking, had my tubes tied so not too bad, not great but not bad.
