This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for several days.

2 tbsp olive oil
1 finely chopped small onion
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained (10oz)
1½ cup Nonfat or Lowfat Plain yogurt
1 cup sliced almonds
3oz crumbled feta cheese
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Coat a 1½ qt baking dish with cooking spray. Warm the olive oil in a small skillet; add chopped onions and sauté until soft. Combine onions and all remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix well. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serve warm with crackers, chips or fresh vegetables.

What a great flavor combo. I have to copy this one. I love having parties with lots of smaller items to serve.
