FYI: I'll try to post something new at least a couple times a week, especially if there are any landmark studies coming out. I get peeved whenever the media, espeically local news channels, puts a wrong spin on scientific literature and raises fears in people or false hope. I'll try my best to interpret information in an unbias way and hopefully help people get a better understanding of where changes in lifestyle or interventions can make a difference. I'll probably focus on women's health but if there is anything anyone is particularly interested in, please let me know!
