My goal is a total of 30 lbs. That will put me about 130 lbs. I am still stuck at 9 lbs and have 21 more. I want to give myself enouth time so i don't think i will not make it and just give up. I'm wanting to be at my goal by May 2008. I'm solid so i always weigh more than i look so it might be a little less. I will have to see where i am at. I wear a size 8 and want to be a 4 or 6. I used to wear 4 and they were to big. The good ol days before BC.

Do you girls have a goal or time frame or anything like that?

Right now my goal is 5 lbs. And I want that all to come from my inner thighs.

After I get there, I'll see how I feel. I think my ulitimate goal is 160, which would be 10 lbs but I'm not sure.

I'd like to lose the 5 by tomorrow, thank you But I'll settle for, I'll go with my BA anniversary, April 19th.

My goal was to loose 10 pounds by my b'day - 4/1. I started trying to get really serious about a week and a half ago. Don't know how much if anything I've lost since then - I don't have scales. I can only weigh myself once every other week. Frankly, I'm going more by how my clothes are fitting.

I'm like you BG, I'm pretty solid in most areas and pretty toned - just trying to work on that extra belly pouch and a little around my middle. I think your weightloss goal is very realistic, and I'm sure you'll achieve it!

It's awesome that you have a goal and specifically one with a time frame. I think it really helps to keep yourself in check that way. I personally want to lose fat without losing too much muscle. It's more of a general goal. Ideally, I want to reduce my bodyfat by about 3-5% before I go on vacation again at the end of May.

Good luck! And remember that slow and steady wins the race! You'll reach your goal!
