Hey Girls I am a fan of Elvis... What do you guys think of this.... I think they sound good togethor but kind of feel she using good ole' Dad. Though I feel that he probably wouldn't have cared. Scroll down to the part on Elvis.....

I love this!! They are saying that this will win some pretty important music awards. I saw her in an interview about this and she was very emtional then too. she said that the tears from her in the video are real. That she was moved to tears for a couple of reasons. One that the whole ghetto issue was so close to her dads heart in his day and he loved the song and wouldve been heartbroken at how things are now with crack,meth and babys in dumpsters and such .And that she saw the first take of the video and when she sang it again she was moved to tears because it was like she was really singing with her dad and she couldnt hold back the tears .The whole thing was very emotional for her. I dont think shes using her dad. More like a tribute.

Everytime I see Lisa-Marie, I cant beleive how much she looks like her Dad!

And didn't Natalie Cole do the same thing with her father's song? I remember hearing Unforgetable with both their voices.

I saw her interview w/Diane Sawyer and she was very emotional about it all. And to a certain extent she is using her dad's name but it's all for good. She has opened up a shelter of sorts called Presley Place - it is for families that need help rebuilding their lives, helping with food, shelter, clothing, health care and real help with education and job placement assistance so that not only do they get immediate help but they get help to actually start over their lives and be able to take care of themselves.

I applaud her efforts and using her celebrity status and name to benefit others.
