I havent tried this yet but it sounds good if you like Eggnog and coffee.

2 pints coffee ice cream
2 quarts ready-to-use eggnog
3 cups cold coffee
2 cups bourbon or rum (optional)
2 cups heavy or whipping cream
nutmeg

Scoop up 10 large icecream balls. Place on pan and freeze.
Into large punch bowl stir eggnog, coffee, and bourbon.
In a medium bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat heavy cream just untill soft peaks form. Fold into eggnog mixture.
Place ice cream balls on top and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
Serve at once.

Oooooooh Jamie, I just saw this recipe! I love the flavors of both eggnog and coffee! Starbucks always has an Eggnog Latte this time of year that is soooo yummy! Let's make some of this Eggnog Royale and share it :drink:

Jamie I am a coffee and egg nog addict. This seems like a wonderful recipe that will be impressive at any dinner party.
