Take a 2 or so lb pork roast (I used shoulder and we trimmed it pretty good), a cup of salsa, a can of green chiles, and half a teaspoon (I think...didn't really measure) of garlic powder and black pepper and toss it all in a crockpot. Let cook for 8 hours on low and then shred the meat and use for tacos...SO yummy and a nice change from taco seasoning mix! You can make it hotter (obviously) by using a hot salsa, adding hot sauce, whatever you like. They were so easy and excellent!
