It's called a "stoup" because it's not as thick as stew, but thicker than soup!!! I've "tested" it, and it's a great tasting recipe!!!

Alright, Alright! I will have to get over my Rachael Ray hatred and try her recipe. At least I won't have to hear her say, "Yum-O" and roll her eyes for this recipe

I made this last night and it was really good. I will definitley make it again. DH and the kids loved it. I did add extra stock because I wanted it to be more soupy then stewy if thats a word. Its almost like italian wedding soup, but better.

Ok, I think I'm going to make this tonite or tomorrow nite because it looks so good and I really want to make something new/nice before dh leaves for his work training next week. MMMM, just looking at the pic of the stoup is making me hungry!

ETA: I made it and dh and I loved it. . . plus the kids liked it too. I made it with ground turkey though and added a bit of worcestershire sauce to the meat before making it into meatballs. It was great!

Thanks Sissy for posting. . . . . and to Rachel Ray!
